Centrally located on Hip Strip, across from the world-famous Doctor's Cave Beach, Sports Bars, Nightclubs, Casino, Starbucks, Shopping, 2727 Smoking Lounge, Restaurants, supermarket. Gated community, 24/7 Security, pool, free parking, a convenience store in the building.

We have a keyless entry system on the front door. This makes it very simple to come and go as you please, no keys to hassle with and no coordinating a meeting time. I live close by and will be available 24/7 by phone or text for any questions or concerns.
